A Studio Home starts at $36,000. This includes sales tax and shipping within 50 miles of Houston, TX. Over 50 miles, shipping is negotiated with one of our vendors and is passed on to you as-in; we do not markup the shipping.
Yes. You can retrieve the home from our construction site and skip the shipping cost.
At this time – yes. Our goal is to maximize quality and minimize cost on our ultra-compact design to fulfill the greatest housing gaps today. In the future we plan to offer some larger and handicap-accessible designs.
